中国城市能源供应体系中的碳中和路径
江亿,中国工程院建筑与土木学部院士,清华大学教授,协会供热技术专业委员会主任。目前主要从事建筑节能领域的研究工作并担任国家能源专家咨询委员会委员,国家气候变化专家委员会委员,住建部科技委委员,北京市政府顾问团顾问;还兼任中国城镇供热协会副理事长,全国暖通空调委员会副主任,中国制冷学会理事长,中国城市研究会副理事长,中美清洁能源联合研究中心建筑节能分中心中方主任;IPCC(国际气候变化研究)评估报告写作组核心作者,IEA(国际能源组织)ECBCS(建筑与社区节能)合作项目理事会成员(中国代表);连续16年发布中国建筑节能年度发展研究报告;以第一完成人曾获国家技术发明二等奖两项,国家科技进步二等奖两项。
Jiang Yi, academician of the Department of Architecture and Civil Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, professor of Tsinghua University, director of the Heating Technology Committee of the China District Heating Association. At present, he is mainly engaged in the research in the field of building energy efficiency and serves as a member of the National Energy Expert Advisory Committee, a member of the National Climate Change Expert Committee, a member of the Science and Technology Committee of the Ministry of Housing and Construction, and a consultant of the Beijing Municipal Government Advisory Group. He is also the vice chairman of the China District Heating Association, the vice chairman of the National HVAC Committee, the chairman of the China Refrigeration Association, the vice chairman of the China Urban Research Society, and the Chinese director of the Building Energy Efficiency Sub-center of the Sino-US Clean Energy Joint Research Center. Core author of the IPCC (International Climate Change Research) Assessment Report, Member of the Council of the IEA (International Energy Agency) ECBCS (Energy Efficiency in Buildings and Communities) Cooperation Project (representative of China); For 16 consecutive years, he has released China annual development and research reports on building energy efficiency. As the first author, he has won two second prizes of national technological invention award and two second prizes of National scientific and technological progress award.

Mr. Thomas Engberg Pedersen has comprehensive knowledge about coherent energy systems and the individual components in the energy system (power and district heating). He has been employed for five years in the Danish power sector, where he has worked with production planning, energy system analysis and plant operation optimization according to economic and environmental issues. From 2000 to 2016, he was employed in the Energy Department at COWI where he worked with energy planning, electricity markets and district heating in Denmark and internationally. Since February 2016, he has been employed in HOFOR (Greater Copenhagen Utility).

夏建军,清华大学长聘副教授,建筑节能研究中心副主任。现任国际能源署区域供热供冷项目中国执行委员,住建部市政与燃气专家委员会委员,中国城镇供热协会技术委员会副主任,《区域供热》杂志副主编,《Building Simulation》杂志主编助理等。
主要从事城市能源规划,北方供热等方面的研究。参与国家省部委纵向科研项目30余项,获得国家科技进步奖1项,省部级科技奖4项。以第一、通讯作者发表SCI和核心期刊论文100余篇。主持和参著著作10部,共同申请及获得发明专利30余项。
内蒙古自治区供热工程技术研究中心总工程师
方豪,2015年获工学博士学位,清华大学建筑技术系博士后,赤峰学院客座教授,现任内蒙古自治区供热工程技术研究中心总工程师,高级工程师,“草原英才”团队带头人,主要研究领域为清洁供热、工业余热利用、供热节能等,多次参与编写中国工程院咨询项目《中国建筑节能年度发展研究报告》,参与多个国家新区规划项目,设计赤峰金剑铜厂工业余热供暖示范工程和迁西县工业余热供暖示范工程,曾获中国节能协会节能减排科技进步一等奖、国家知识产权局中国专利优秀奖、赤峰市科技进步一等奖等奖项。
Fang Hao, PhD in Engineering, Tsinghua University Department of Building Technology, Visiting Professor of Chifeng College, Chief Engineer of Inner Mongolia Heating Engineering Technology Research Center, He is the team leader of "Grassland Excellence." His main fields of study are clean heating, industrial waste heat utilization, heating energy conservation, etc. He designed Chifeng Golden Sword Copper Factory industrial waste heat heating demonstration project and Qianxi County industrial waste heat heating demonstration project. He has won the China Energy Conservation Association energy-saving emission reduction science and technology progress first prize, the State Intellectual Property Office of China Patent Excellence Award, Chifeng City science and technology progress first prize and other awards.
大连理工大学博导,副教授,大连市领军人才
王海超,大连理工大学博导,副教授,大连市领军人才。获得哈工大暖通和芬兰阿尔托大学能源工程双博士学位。围绕低碳智慧供热,能源系统优化,余热回收利用等方面开展研究,发表论文70余篇,其中SCI期刊论文30余篇,包括ESI高被引1篇。承担各类项目十余项项,主持2项国家重点研发计划国合项目,1项自然科学基金项目,担任国际期刊副主编,出版英文专著1章,参编标准2部,获专利软著等15项。已实现成果转化。
Haichao Wang, PhD supervisor, leading talent of Dalian. He Obtained double doctoral degrees in energy engineering and HVAC. His researches mainly focus on low-carbon smart heating, energy system optimization, waste heat recovery and utilization, He has undertaken more than ten projects, including two national key research and development projects and one one NSFC project. He has published more than 70 papers, including 30 journal papers. He has participated in two standards, and obtained 15 patents and software copyrights.

李永红,北京清华同衡规划设计研究院有限公司,教授级高级工程师,注册公用设备工程师。中国城镇供热协会城市能源规划专委会副秘书长。长期从事供热、燃气等能源设施规划及供热新技术应用工作。曾获北京市科技一等奖两项、国家、省部级优秀规划和勘察设计奖6项,参与国家、省部级课题6项,参编供热领域标准3项。
Li yonghong,Beijing Tsinghua Tongheng Planning and Design Institute Co., Ltd., professor level senior engineer, registered Utility engineer. Deputy Secretary General of the Urban Energy Planning Special Committee of China District Heating Association.His work experience has centered around energy facilities planning, specifically heating and gas, with a focus on incorporating new heating technologies. His accomplishments include being the recipient of two first prizes in the Beijing Science and Technology Award, as well as six awards for excellent planning and survey design at the national and provincial levels. He has contributed to six national and provincial-level projects and participated in creating three heating standards.
协会城市能源规划专业委员会委员、研究员
中国城镇供热协会城市能源规划专业委员会委员、研究员。在中国建筑科学研究院工作22年,主要研究方向为能效测评诊断、水力平衡调控、供热计量和标准化方向,参与很多课题研究和工程实践工作;其中有10年任全国暖通空调标委会秘书长,主编参编许多标准规范。此后,在一线供热企业负责技术工作,积累大量实践经验。
Huang Wei,Member of Energy Planning Committee of China District Heating Association. Prof. Huang had been working in China Academy of Building Research for 22 years. His main research directions are energy efficiency assessment and diagnosis, hydraulic balance regulation, heat metering, and he had participated in many research projects and engineering practice. During those years, he served as the general secretary of the National Standardization Committee of HVAC for 10 years and edited many standard specifications. Since then, he have been responsible for technical work in district heating company and accumulated a lot of practical experiences.
中国建筑科学研究院有限公司建科环能科技有限公司副主任
邓琴琴,研究员,博士,中国建筑科学研究院有限公司建科环能科技有限公司副主任、中国城镇供热协会农村清洁供热工作委员会副秘书长、中国建筑节能协会建筑节能专家委员会专家等。长期从事建筑节能相关的科研、咨询、检测和项目管理等工作,特别在清洁取暖、绿色低碳等领域具有丰富实践经验。参与国家及省部级科研课题20多项,国家重点研发计划政府间国合项目负责人。曾获河南省科学技术奖一等奖、神农奖二等奖、华夏奖三等奖、北京市建委调研课题二等奖等。主编或参编相关标准10余项,发表SCI及核心期刊论文30余篇。
Qinqin Deng, Senior Engineer, PhD, deputy director of Jianke EET Co., Ltd. of China Academy of Building Research, deputy secretary general of Rural Clean Heating Committee of China District Heating Association, and expert of Building Energy Efficiency Expert Committee of China Building Energy Efficiency Association, who engaged in scientific research, consulting, testing and project management related to building energy conservation for more than 10 years, and have rich practical experience in areas such as clean heating, green and low-carbon. participated in more than 20 national and provincial level scientific research projects, as the chief editor or co editor of over 10 relevant standards, and have published over 30 papers.
清华大学建筑节能研究中心助理研究员
徐天昊,清华大学建筑节能研究中心助理研究员,博士毕业于瑞典皇家理工学院(KTH),主要研究领域为适用于建筑供热的跨季节蓄热和相变蓄热技术。先后在SCI期刊发表蓄热技术研究论文10余篇,于《气候变化研究进展》发表《中国瑞典建筑碳排放比较及对中国建筑碳中和的启示》,《2023中国建筑节能年度发展研究报告》中外供热情况对比章节主要编写者,参与十四五重点研发计划、欧盟地平线及第七框架等多项国内国际供热及蓄热技术研发项目。
Dr. Tianhao Xu is a research associate at the Building Energy Research Center of Tsinghua University. He obtained his Ph.D. from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH). His primary research focuses on seasonal and latent thermal energy storage technologies for heating applications. He has published over 10 SCI-indexed research papers on thermal energy storage technologies. He also authored articles such as "A Comparative Study of Building Carbon Emissions between China and Sweden and its Implications for Carbon Neutrality in Chinese Buildings" in Climate Change Research and contributed as a key author to the chapter comparing domestic and foreign heating situations in the "2023 Annual Development Research Report on Chinese Building Energy Efficiency". He has participated in various domestic and international research projects on heating and thermal energy storage technologies, including projects from the 14th Five-Year Plan National Key R&D Program, the EU Horizon2020, and EU Seventh Framework Program.
天津大学环境学院副教授
杨晓晨,天津大学环境学院副教授,丹麦技术大学博士、博士后,天津大学海外引进人才,天津市海河英才,欧洲第四代区域供热协会成员。主要研究方向包括低温区域供热技术、建筑能源系统灵活性与智能控制、智慧能源系统协同理论与方法、低品位余热利用(热泵)技术等。主持参与国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划等多个国家、省部级纵向科研项目及产学研横向项目,作为中方代表参与IEA TS4 区域供热供冷系统数字化的研究。发表学术论文三十余篇,参编中英文专著各一部。
Xiaochen Yang,Associate Professor of Tianjin University, Dept. Environmental Science and Engineering, PhD and postdoc of Technical University of Denmark. Awarded the Tianjin University Overseas Talents, and Tianjin Haihe Talents. Member of the 4DH network.Research interests include: Low temperature district heating technology, Building energy flexibility and smart control, Integrated control of the smart energy system, and the low-grade energy utilization (heat pump and etc.). Responsible for several state/province funded projects including: National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), National Key Research and Development Program and etc. Participated in the IEA TS4 Digitalization of District Heating and Cooling System. Published more than 30 scientific papers, one English book and one Chinese book.

张亦弛博士分别于清华大学和瑞典查尔姆斯理工大学获得工学硕士和博士学位。他的研究领域包括了集中供热系统,储能设备与综合能源规划。他擅长采用顶层规划与底层开发相结合的方式,分析不同技术路线可行性。他对未来多重挑战下碳中和技术路线抱有极大热情。他目前在广东美的集团担任研发工作。
Dr. Yichi Zhang acquired his master’s degree at Tsinghua University and got his PhD degree in Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden. His research topics include district heating system, thermal energy storage technology, and urban energy planning. He specializes in combining the top-level planning and bottom-level development to evaluate the technical pathways. He is passionate in the differences of carbon-neutrality strategies between China and the rest of the world under various future uncertainties. He is now working in Midea Group as a R&D engineer.
